THIS past fortnight the daily papers have been reporting on the on-going crisis at what is supposed to be the country's premier public health institution, Port Moresby General Hospital.
Instead of making news for providing quality affordable medical services, Port Moresby General Hospital is hitting the headlines for the wrong reasons.
The hospital management and the National Alliance led government have, as a result, copped severe criticism from the public and notably from Public Employees Association president Michael Malabag, PNG Nurses Association, Eimi Kaptigau and Opposition Leader Sir Mekere Morauta.
